Le nostre Pizze

“Fatte ‘na pizza c’a pummarola ‘ncoppa, vedrai che il mondo ti sorriderà” (that is to say, “Have a pizza with tomato and the world will smile to you”) is a famous quote by the Neapolitan singer Pino Daniele.

Our sourdough pizzas are made by carefully following the Neapolitan tradition, hence only using wood ovens to cook them.
Anyway, the secret ingredient of a special pizza is always the same: Pizza Chef’s heart.
